Restaurant Manager to manage a team of
up to 6/7 waiting staff providing food service for our 70 cover fine dining
restaurant and 100+ covers Conservatory Bar. Good rates of pay and prospects.
Live in or out. Split shifts. Approximately 42 hours per week.
Sous Chef to assist Head Chef in preparation of daily changing, 4 course
table d'hote menu for our 70 cover fine dining restaurant, bar lunches and
dinners for our 100+ covers conservatory bar. Acting as deputy to our Head Chef
you will be responsible for managing the kitchen and a brigade of 6/7 in his
absence. Approximately 45 hours per week.
Senior Waitress / Waiter required to work in our dining room reporting to
and deputy to the Maitre D. Previous waiting experience necessary
preferably at 'silver service' level. Able to supervise a small group of
waiting staff, set tables, serving wine and meals in the dining room and
occasionally in our Conservatory Bar. 42 hours per week, 5 days from 7, to
work split shifts, morning and evenings. Good rates of pay, live-in or
out.
General Assistant to provide
housekeeping and waiting services. Live-in/Out. Split Shifts. Approx 42 hours
per week.
